Friends of Saint Louis de Gonzague (Friends of SLG) is a volunteer-based organization in St. Louis, Missouri, dedicated to supporting Saint Louis de Gonzague School in Burundi.
We’re proud to partner with American Jesuits International (AJI) to make giving simple, safe, and impactful. Through this partnership, Friends of SLG can receive and process tax-deductible donations — including cash, credit card, stock, or IRA gifts — on behalf of the school.
Every contribution directly supports the education, safety, and daily life of students at Saint Louis de Gonzague.

How Your Gift Makes a Difference

Provides a Saint Louis de Gonzague teacher with one month’s salary, ensuring students continue receiving quality education and care.

Funds one month of support from either a School Accountant or Assistant to the Headmaster—improving financial transparency, coaching faculty, and strengthening classroom outcomes.

Covers supplemental teacher salaries for a full term. Quarterly incentives help retain and motivate educators, directly impacting student success.

Supports a substantial portion of the school’s annual maintenance, keeping classrooms safe and functional for students.

Equips six new classrooms with student desks, teacher tables and chairs, and secure cupboards—providing the essential foundation for safe and effective learning.
